Woahhhh! Finally, i came back from Cambodia on the 28th. Its such a tiring but fun trip. We learnt alot of things while we were staying there for 2 weeks.
We taught English in Canaan Technical School(CTS). Most of the students were ageing from 18 to 23 years old. So yes! They are obviously elder than me, but im sure my English is better than them, WAHAHAAHA!
The best part was shopping! Yong Feng and Vincente are the bargaining freaks. The best was buying 17 shirts for US$15. They help me bargain and request for discount.. Mayb thats why u lost your voice, VINCENTE! Shopping was at "Shiok" when we went to Siem Reap. We shop like nobody business cox most of the items were like real, even though they were rejects. But if one were to look it with a glance, they thought its real..
I celebrated my birthday in Cambodia and was being wacked 18 times. Get a super sweeet and lovely letter with my photo on it from my girlfriend in the crumpler bag my clique bought for me.. Thanks darling and thank you guys for "haap-kiaping" the bag.
Guess what? I fall sick the next day and didnt fast for 2 days. WASTED! But glad im okay now even though i had phlegm on my lungs so thats the reason i kept coughing.
Ohhh, there was a day i taught them to sing an English song, title "Always be my baby" by david cook. I was on the stage and after a few minutes, they ask me to stop and all of us had to go to our respective classroom. I was shocked when i was told that the principal thought that i was spreading Islam. The principal dont understand english dats why. Then when the Mr Chua ask me if i got anything to say, i said i wanna spread Islam! hahahaa.. Its more like me being sarcastic if u guys dont get it..
All of us sure had a good day at Cambodia but most of us were 'home sick'. OF course we look forward to the flight to Singapore and we wooohooo when we land safely in Changi Airport.
Guess this is quite a fun holiday, after getting a great result and then having such a wonderful surprises.. =)
